CURRICULUM & AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM
Toddler Program Curriculum - Age Two to Three
Our early preschool program follows an educational play-based curriculum; it is designed to give children the opportunity to explore in a developmentally appropriate environment, as well as structure their day filled with exciting activities and learning opportunities. We focus on the social and physical development of our students with our small group interactions and gross motor activities. Our early preschoolers move on to our preschool program with the necessary social/emotional, physical, cognitive and language skills to thrive!
Preschool & Pre-Kindergarten Curriculum - Ages Three to Five
Pre-reading/pre-writing skills are introduced in our Preschool and pre-k programs, as well as, sight word recognition, phonics, vocabulary, and more sophisticated fine motor activities. Our programs invite children to experience mathematics as they play in, describe, and think about their world. Students will participate in our "Little Travelers" program to get a closer look at the countries we are visiting throughout the school year. In addition, they are given opportunities for advanced dramatic play and artistic expression. Our goal is to prepare our students for kindergarten and successful learning in the future using an exciting, hands-on approach!
After School Program
Our after school program begins after 3:30 in the afternoon, with the latest pick up at 6:00pm. No transportation services are offered; students need to be dropped off and picked up from our school. While in our extended day, we offer a well balanced snack, and children are welcome to all facility equipment, indoors and outdoors. Teachers will engage students in art activities, dance, and other group exercises. Our After School Program is a great opportunity for students to conclude their day in an enriching and safe environment.
